The buildings renovated in 1986 are the epitome Tours architecture, making Chissay the ideal place to explore the beautiful Loire Valley.  Dinners are held in the guard room or in the gothic room for a more peaceful and intimate evening, with food and wine inspired by the region.  Comfortable and functional apartments are furnished in 19th century style and the bathrooms are decorated with a mosaic depicting characters from French history, marking the different eras of the castle.
